To prepare for Curly Specialty Services and maximize your experience, please:

  • Come to your appointment with your hair freshly washed, detangled, fully styled and dried.

  • No ponytails, finger twists, twist outs, clips or bobby pins. Wearing your curls down and styled as normal ensures the best possible outcome for your services.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in a detangling fee. Also, based on stylist discretion, you may be asked to rebook and charged a rescheduling fee.
